We have set up a corner of the warehouse (an area about 20 feet wide by 30 feet long) as the studio. The larger space around can be utilized as well but if a large setup is required there may be extra expense.
$70/hour (2 hour minimum) $50 Deposit to hold Scheduled time, remainder due at time of rental start

200 Watt LED, Bi-Color
100 Watt LED, Bi-Color
60 Watt LED Daylight
Modifiers for the lights (China balls, Light dome, etc.)
General Rules:
Stay within the designated studio areas and out of the private quarters
Rental time starts promptly at the agreed-upon time and ends promptly at the agreed-upon time. Any additional time beyond the agreed upon time frame will result in additional charges.
Rental time includes all setup, tear-down, and cleaning of studio.
A cleaning fee will be assessed if studio is not left in same condition as found at the start of the rental.
No smoking or smoke/fog devices in the studio without prior approval
No pets without prior approval
Maximum of 6 people in the studio at any given time without prior approval
No use of illegal substances in the studio
Use care when using equipment – any damaged equipment will be the responsibility of the renter.
